Great Restoration Project and Weekend Driver!
1985 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Runs and drives well. It has the 5.9L 360 V-8 engine and automatic transmission. 4-wheel drive and power everything.
As you can see in the pictures, it needs a paint job. I have begun to remove the wood paneling. The interior is a various stages of restoration and still needs some work (sound deadening applied in various areas). The headliner material has been replaced with sound deadening. All of the power windows work, some more quickly than others. The rear tailgate window works, but needs a new up/down switch for the dash. Power door locks operate but need some attention because they don’t all function properly. The power seats work.
Being a 1985, it needs the usual attention to the engine. It has a new battery, radiator, water pump (applicable hoses have been replaced), air filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and CD Player/front door speakers. I still have the original badges, as well (though they are very faded).
This Jeep is road worthy. It has good tires on it and runs down the road just fine. If a California Buyer, after receipt of deposit, I will have the vehicle smog tested.
