1996 Jeep Wrangler (soft Top) for sale.
The previous owners painted the outside of the car in black with white speckle flake and is a little rough on the edges. The cars original colour is dark metallic green, which is inside the doors etc, only the outside was painted in black. There are cracks around the bonnet where it meets the guards.
The interior is good for its age and no rips in the seats. A Pioneer CD player is fitted with speakers mounted on the top roll bar. There are two canvases that come with the car, one covers the entire front and back (as per photos) and the second canvas covers only the front two seats, leaving the back section open.
A Roadworthy Certificate was completed on the car in August 2014 and car has sat ever since and was not registered after the RWC. If you take it to the same mechanic, there should be no reason why he would not simply write you up a new RWC without any work or dollars spent. Car is sold un registered and with no RWC. I have receipts for $1,000 of work done in August 2014 to get it through Roadworthy, minor items only. I also have a receipt for $1,900 for a new rear diff that was installed in August 2014 together with a new $185.00 battery.
Car has Micky Thompson Muddy's 31 x 10.5 but they rub on full lock either way. Car needs a lift kit or simply put narrower tyres on it. The A/C pump works but air is not cold.
The car drives very well.
