2002 Jeep Wrangler Sport, dark blue with black/gray hard top, black/gray soft top.
Bought on Ebay in November 2016-was looking for a good base that needed cosmetic work to restore/upgrade as a project with my cousin. The seller said it was his wife's since new and was selling because he bought her a new one. Was told great running condition.
Just needed new tires. ALL LIES. He worked at an autobody shop, did a quick detail on it and flipped it for a good profit (I contacted the real owner on the title to get the truth since the carfax provided was for a different jeep). It was a one owner but he drove this in Chicago until 2015 when he traded it in at Carmax. So there is a year of no history. It was an AS-IS sale so I was stuck with it.
Drove it home. That's the only miles put on this since I bought it. Been sitting ever since. My cousin moved away and I lost interestDoes have new back window in hard top. Soft top has been in the shed-never even looked at it to see the condition. FRAME IS RUSTED. Tiny rust spot on top of driver front fender and bottom of door (probably from rain splashing up from running board).
