Black Unlimited Rubicon Softop with the 3.6L Pentastar engine and manual trans

2012 Black Jeep Unlimited Rubicon with tan leather interior. Always garage-kept, single owner. I have meticulously maintained this Jeep since the day I ordered it. Located in Las Vegas. Many new parts (in the last 3–6 months) including:

It's a jeep and so there has definitely been maintenance required. In the last month, I replaced all the fluids (manual trans, diffs, transfer case, etc.). I also replaced the oil filter adapter (it's a pain to get to) which notoriously breaks at 90k+ miles. It's got a brand new clutch as well and so is shifting perfectly!
The interior is in excellent condition. All leather looks great except for a tear in the leather on the driver's side seat. I replaced it once before but it just seems prone to cracking (not due to sun since it's garage-kept, but rather due to getting in-and-out of the Jeep).
