Description
1998 Jeep Wrangler. Rare Blue/Gray color. 4inch Lift with 35inch tires. Inline 6 4.0L engine, Automatic trans, Four wheel drive. Everything running GREAT. We have BOTH soft top and the original hard top (stored nicely). Hard top includes rear window wind shield wipe (with rinse fluid connector). No accidents, no issues. Always routine serviced/maintained. In 2020 replaced steering stabilizer, flushed/replaced steering and brake fluids. This car has been in our family since 2002 and has always been garage kept. Limited annual miles put on it. No extreme use (rock crawl, deep mud, racing, jumping, towing, etc). Used as around town beach car.
Issues - In 2003 we installed CD player radio which is fine but after year all speakers are pretty much blown or just fatigued at this point (advise simple replacements). Rear tires low on tred life (will need replacement soon). Very limited/Minor upholstery damage to driver seat (shown in photo), Soft rubber on glovebox cover sun-bleached. In need of AC freon recharge.
This car is about as well kept and maintained as they come. Was my high school daily driver until i left for college (2006) and since then it has been very lightly used by my Mother around town for fun sunny beach fun days. We are selling as my Mother is finally downsizing and wants to put $ into an eventual new car purchase. It's absolutely ready to roll for you to enjoy.
This is obviously a private seller, so the purchase is only for the car and does not include any legal/tax/registration fees in our pricing. That is all on your own.
Deposit: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of purchasing or winning of an auction.
