Kia : Sportage LX

I am selling (reluctantly) my first car because I am moving overseas. This vehicle has never been involved in a collision or an accident. It has always had regular oil changes performed and about a year or so ago I had the timing belt replaced at a KIA dealership in the GTA. I wouldn't be selling this vehicle if I didn't have to move, there is nothing wrong with the performance of it at all.
Upgrades;
-I had a Kia hitch installed at Canadian tire so that I could use Thule Bike rack only. The the hitch has never been used to tow a trailer or anything else for that matter.
-A $500.00 Pioneer Deck with Speaker phone installed by Futureshop a few years ago, it has amazing sound!!

*Method of payment; cashier’s check issued to me personally from the teller at the buyers bank. Acceptable banks to meet at are; Scotiabank, Canada Trust, Royal Bank and CIBC
*I am having the vehicle inspected by Canadian Tire tomorrow and am having it emission tested (even though it was tested only a year ago and passed)
