Land Rover Series 3 2.25d Diesel Pickup 1982

For sale is my 1982 series 3 109 with 2.25 Diesel engine.
I have owned the car since March 2014 and in that time basically rebuilt the vehicle. It has had the body completely removed besides the bulkhead. All the chassis has been welded up and painted to protect it.
Repairs/restoration;
The bulkhead has had 2 new foot wells fitted.Both front outriggers which hold the front springs have been replaced with new.Both rear springs have been replaced with new. New shocks all roundComplete brake overhaul kit front and back with brake shoes and cylinders including all new copper piping and unions so future servicing will be hassle free. Also a new brake servo master and Slave cylinder have been fitted.Engine wise it used to smoke quite a bit so had all valve stem seals replaced and as the cylinder head had to come off for this a new head gasket was fitted. Smoke only occurs on startup now and disappears when driving. It's had all new side lights and indicators fitted, fog light and white led dash lights as the original green lights in the dash were abysmal. The engine has had the oil replaced along with oil filter and fuel filter. And New fuel lift pumpFresh oil in the gearbox and transfer boxBoth axles have had fresh oil in.New halfshaft bearings on front axle including new swivel ball on drivers sideNew One shot grease applied to both swivel ballsSteering used to be frightening with at least quarter turn on the wheel without steering the wheels so had steering box adjusted and a new steering relay fitted. Steering is now spot on with minimal play if any at allNew tyres on recently refurbished alloys.Hazards installedRear tub was refurbished when removed and had a new tub floor fitted all riveted in and had a blank put over the spare wheel well as current tyres are too wide to fit anyway. I still have the spare wheel well though which can go with the vehicle in case it is refitted at some stage.
Passed Mot in July with no advisories so still has 6-7 months mot left. I only have history from previous owner and from what I've done myself mainly service items.
Body is in reasonably good condition with recent fresh paint job.
Only thing that needs doing is the door tops painting . I have spare paint which can go with the vehicle for any future touch ups.One door top is brand new and the other a good second hand piece.
Bad points: (every car has them)
Since painting the paint has been scratched a bit from loading and unloading the tub and also from some green landing with bush scratches but barely noticeable due to colour of the vehicle.
The alternator is not charging the battery to its full potential so it will struggle to start after a few days as the battery starts to drain but will try to sort this before its sold but I won't guarantee it.
The truck cab has no rear window which I'm assuming is non original as I've never seen any truck cabs the same.
The vehicle has no heater installed although I do have it but the ducting for it to the dash is not fitted and the cables from the dash to the thermostat are missing so would need heater fitting ducting fitting and new cables to have working heaters again. I find a good coat is just as good ;)
Genuine mileage 18,300 miles but is increasing daily as I use it for work etc.
I've tried to be as honest as possible but as always viewing is recommended and will be sold as seen you are responsible for checking it over before you buy.
The price reflects others I've seen for sale in similar condition and considering the amount of work and money that's been spent already its a very good base for anyone to improve on as the worst of the worse has been repaired or replaced. I will accept any genuine offers but the price in my opinion is fair.
