This eye catching Defender is our Managing Director's company car which he has had from new (February 2008).It has been fully kitted out with top spec off roading / overlanding kit but used infrequently having only covered 64,700 miles.
This is the perfect vehicle for anyone wanting to go overland touring, green laning or for off road pay and play days.
This Landy is fitted with a Cobra tracking system which can be transferred to the new owner (Cobra charge £50.00 to do this) and it is definitely worth doing; the vehicle was stolen a few years ago from the drive and was stopped by police 25 minutes later and returned relatively unscathed.
The bumper and one wheel were scratched and replaced with new and the ignition barrel was replaced with the correct type so the keys are original. Tracking systems are a must have on Land Rovers.
There is an extended warranty on the vehicle through Warranty Direct which is paid up until February 2016 and will be transferred to the new owner. It has a full service history and both keys are present.
As it is a 110 pick up it is classed as a commercial vehicle and is being sold by a VAT registered business so VAT must be charged - a VAT receipt will be issued.
Commercial vehicles are much cheaper as company cars as the Benefit In Kind amount is fixed as a "van" rather than based on emissions.
