1977 Land rover Series 3
I bought this landy to keep, but i have to move oversea's for my job so its got to go unfortunately.
You will not find a better series 3 than this one.
It has been fully stripped down and rebuilt over the last year, it is in excellent condition and will give another 38 years motoring.
It has a 2.25 petrol engine that pulls well in all gears, with electronic ignition so no need to mess about with points ect.
It's fitted with free wheeling hubs and overdrive.
Tow bar with working electrics.
There is no faults at all with this Landy.
The chassis is in excellent condition, no holes or rust and has been fully treated.
Everything on it works as it should, and the heater actually gives out decent heat !!.
MOT is valid until 16-Feb-2016.
It has just had a full service, all oils changed.
New brake pistons & brake shoes all round.
New front brake drums.
New battery.
All lights have been replaced with new ones.
Brand new wolf wheels with new "BFGoodrich mud terrains" (including the spare).
Freewheeling hubs and over drive work as they should.
Four wheel drive "High & low" works as it should.
All seats are new.
New door hinges (front & rear).
New door seals.
New mirrors.
V5 present in my name.
