Defender 110 TD5 Ex Military New release
This is the one you have been waiting for they are few and far between
It represents quite an unusual opportunity, most civilian TD5's have been used hard and are often full of rust and Mechanically tired
If you are looking for one to keep this is it, I would say it is near to being rot free.
Released from the military a couple of years ago and is now registered and ready to go.
I basically bought it just post release and have stored it ever since.
It has been fully serviced, including Oil and quality filters and will come with new mot
It has only done around 122000km, thats only 75000 miles
Sadly military Vehicles come with no history but from the way it drives I would say this is totally genuine.
Wolf rims, Tyres show very little signs of any ware
The Breaks are light and stop evenly
The interior is all very good with new Exmoor Trim Seat Bases which are actually comfortable !
Goes well with very smooth transmission and gears etc
The military maintain these totally regardless of cost, I know nothing of its military history but from the condition it has not had hard service.
The Bulkhead, footwells and chassis are in Very good condition for its age showing no signs of rot
The body is exceptionally straight (please see photos)
PLEASE NOTE. This is a 14 year old Ex Military Truck not a new one, its totally solid and Mechanically spot on, but is Military matt green !!
Its a no frills Land Rover not a 5 Series BMW !!
