2012 LAND ROVER DEFENDER 110 HARD TOP TD BLUE low low miles

Here we have my 110 Landrover 2012 with only 40000 miles on the clock (may go up as in use) I have owned this car for a year now it has no issues whatsoever but I must sell it to make room for a project car. The diesel engine is top notch it tows effortlessly 4wd connects no problem all tyres are like new. I have added a cubby box between the seats and a cd player that you can plug your phone into for hands free etc also a rubber mat to the back, I have fitted a kit to the drivers seat which raises it by 40mm giving extra legroom. To my knowledge this car has never been off road.  No outstanding debts on this car , I dont have any service history but the last owner put me in touch with the garage  in Dumfries who carried out all the services and they gave me the history verbally and confirmed that it has been serviced properly. During my ownership it has been serviced by my company mechanic twice with new filters , oil etc , it flew through the MOT with no advisories and will do so again. The car has had only light use under my ownership having towed with it only twice to Wigan and back from Doncaster no heavy loads at all.
