2003 LANDROVER DISCOVERY V8I ES AUTO BLUE

Hi and welcome to the auction of my gorgeous 2003 ES V8 disco. The reason this beauty is for sale is that I recently bought it for my wife from a lovely guy locally to replace our old 300 tdi discovery as I felt she deserved better. Well it turns out she doesn't like the auto box and prefers a manual now. The disco isn't going to get used as it should so I'm very reluctantly selling it. As I had intended to own it for a good while I took it to our local 4x4 specialist (who I will be happy to put you in contact with if you wish further details from an independent garage regarding this vehicle) and had a small service done although it has full history, as I am a big believer in very regular oil changes. I also had the underside waxoiled due to our rural location and had him give the vehicle a full inspection. The disco really is in good condition for its age as I had researched for ages finding the right one. The cream leather interior compliments the oslo metallic blue paint beautifully. There are some I would guess parking related scratches etc on the bodywork but nothing major.
The disco starts and runs beautifully and the sport mode works far too well :-). I have had the front brake pads replaced as my 4x4 chap told me they were getting low.
It comes with full service history and 12 months MOT and 1 months tax.
I have a receipt from a garage in kensington,London for a front crank seal replacement last year. It has also had a 10 year gearbox service done last year, I contacted the garage initially after purchase to confirm the service and they remembered the car well, I got the impression this was a spoilt vehicle with no expense spared on it.
Tyre condition is good with I would guess 70% left
It has a nice pioneer after market stereo fitted with Bluetooth connectivity etc and also comes with steering wheel loom(not fitted) and also comes with original stereo including cd changer
All buttons/switches work perfectly apart from front sunroof..see below
Now the bad points:
Steering wheel has some cosmetic wear in one area as per picture caused by the chilling position while cruising(you will see what I mean when you drive it lol)
Front sunroof leaks(so common on these its not funny)and the switch therefore doesn't work I guess to water ingress. I was going to either seal it up or get my guy to fix it either isn't exactly difficult to do
Aircon condensor has a small leak bottom right corner: A brand new one is £110-£180 depending on quality or secondhand on ebay is £45, I was told labour cost was about £50 plus gassing of £25. If you buy the disco at the buy now price I will get this replaced with a good quality condenser, regassed and sunroof either sealed(as you will have aircon) or fixed if financially viable. Of course you are welcome to knock the £250 off the buy now price if you wish to do this yourself.
