Land Rover Discovery II V8 auto

We run a self-storage and truck parking business in Campbellfield and this Land Rover been stored in our yard for about 3 years. The owner has stopped paying and so I'm selling it to recover unpaid fees. It was brought in on a two truck and I was told there was something wrong with the engine. I've never seen it run and there are no keys. The doors are unlocked but the steering column is locked with the wheels in the position shown in the photos. That's about all the information I have so please bid based on what you see in the photos and also check out this YouTube video below:

Pickup from CAMPBELLFIELD (near the Ford factory on the Hume Highway). It will need to be picked up by a tilt tray tow truck
