1998 land rover discovery 300tdi 7 seater

RELISTED DUE TO TIME WASTER IAN8792. BLAMED HIS SON FOR THE PURCHASE AND REQUESTED TO CANCEL 71/2 HOURS LATER. HIS LOSS. TIME WASTERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
So up for sale AGAIN is my 7 seater 1998 discovery 300tdi. only selling due to new car due to illness.
unsure what to say about it really apart from it has been a great landy and ive never had any trouble from it apart from the 1st mot which on the car when I bought it was suspected as dodgy but got loads of welding done to it to put it through the mot properly.
it has 11 months mot and due to new laws no tax so to be driven away will need to be taxed immediately and insured.
it hasn't wanted for anything and have possibly spent a couple of thousand on it maintaining it and replacing things that have worn due to age.
the timing belt was done around 3 year ago and at 7k per year has plenty of miles left before its due again.
the car has been fully serviced and had the grease nipples topped up every year which in that time I have only done approx. 7,000 miles a year in it and have owned it for 4 years.
I CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS DISCOVERY IS SOLID.
services which have included: air filter, fuel filter, oil filter and oil change, boxes and diff oils changed.
the car has got hi and lo beam hid kit so has much more visibility than standard bulbs.
has got the td5 hydraulic rear step.
has 90% of the rubber bushes replaced with polyurethane ones.
has just had around £300-£400 spent on the drilled and grooved brake discs all round, ferodo pads all round and new calipers all round and will of just been bed in.
has also just had rear gas shocks on.
the car has never been used for any off road activity while I have owned the car and to be honest the underside doesn't look like it has been.
the car doesn't leak at all so all the floor pans are dry so will be rust free.
Central locking works as it should as do the electric windows and mirrors
I cant really say anything bad about the car apart from a couple of small patches to the body where the aluminium has oxidised and the interior could do with a valet if you want it really clean. the only mechanical problems that I know of which may be of concern are the power steering box leaks oil but I have the seals to do this and the swivel balls need to be shimmed up to land rover specs but I will do this if I have time before the car sells.
the car will be due a service but again ill do this for the buyer if he/she requests but will be a mini one which will be air filter, fuel filter, oil filter and oil change.
will be leaving the cd player in the car for the buyer.
a good vehicle for the family or a very good starter vehicle to turn into a off roader.
in all respect given to potential buyers the car is 17 years old so does have some marks to the body and to the interior so please don't turn up expecting a 15 plate range rover.
have the car listed elsewhere so can remove if the vehicle sells.
NOW FOR THE BORING BITS THAT HAVE TO BE SAID.
please only serious buyers and no tyre kickers, you are entering a contract so please don't turn up pick a load of faults and try get some more money off, you put a offer in and it is accepted please pay or I will have to report you to ebay and have a strike put on your account.
