Description
Well maintained Freelander. We've done around 100,000 miles in it and it has been reliable (because we kept up with the maintenance). The engine is sound starts first time and runs well, it has a new battery and has just been serviced.
Generally its in pretty good condition for the year apart from a few scratches on the doors but they aren't deep.
It has a tow equip towbar.
5 good tyres. It has General Grabber UHPs on the front and Michelin Synchrone (extra load) on the rear.
Very clean inside and out.
Rear doors don't unlock with the central locking but do unlock from inside. They do lock with the central locking.
New (re-conditioned) VCU last year - meaning it is still a 4x4 and the viscous coupling works fine!

Well maintained and regularly serviced.
Has done 135,000 and has had no major issues in that time.
Never been crashed.
Recent window mech cables in rear door, drivers door and passenger door.
Solid bodywork except rear door which has some blemishing around the handle.
Engine runs clean & smoothly and doesn't burn oil (recent cleaning and changing of EGR and PCV both of which can cause the engine to burn oil).
Rear axle bush 2 years ago.
Tested for 10 months - only needed new wiper blades to pass its test!
A great car for the money.
Interior is in good condition. Half leather seats.
