1974 LAND ROVER LIGHTWEIGHT SERIES 3
For Sale is my 1974 Land Rover Lightweight Military vehicle in stock NATO green. This Landy is now 40 years old, she needs a new home as i have no time or space to bring her back to her former glory. This Landy is a perfect 'easy' restoration job, it has had all oils recently dropped and has 2 new batteries as its the 24 volt bulletproof running system. She is a 2 and a quarter petrol with the tank under the left hand seat.
This Landy has been inside for 2 years now at 40 Commando Royal Marines. It come complete with 10 wheels and tyres, a spare windshield, checkerplated tub, box of spare lights, fittings, gaskets, brakeshoes, number plates, rivets, and a host of other items including a 25ltr Jerrycan UnionJack sticker and 3 Commando Brigade Red Dagger. The wheels currently on it are - WOLF GS Goodyear Runflat wheels and tyres of which there are 5! The Lightweight stands a full 2 inches higher on these wheels and makes the stance more aggressive. Low start price of £1000.00 makes this one of the cheapest Lightweights out there, an appreciating classic, not many on the road - go on, she is waiting.buy it now for £1600.00
