This sale is for a Land Rover 90 with a 200 TDI conversion, the Land Rover has under gone a full chassis up restoration including a few nice upgrades.
Starting with the bottom it's had a complete overhaul of the brakes fitting new parts where needed, the hand brake has had new cable/shoes & adjusters, both front & back axles have had the oils changed, the gear box & transfer box has also had oils changed, both front & back prop shafts have had new UJ joints.
As for the chassis its in excellent condition for the year with very minimal welding, it's only had welding on the front outriggers,the rest of the chassis is solid not needing or had any previous welding, it's the original chassis with all numbers in place and visible, the full chassis has been sprayed with a anti rust protective coating.
The wheels are the later type 5 spoke alloys with matching tyres, sitting on 32mm spacers witch gives it a more beefy look, so the wheels are nice and level with the arches.
As for the engine it's been replaced with the much more desirable 200 TDI from a Land Rover discovery, giving it lots more power & making it a much nicer day to day driver, when the engine was put in, it had a full clutch kit water pump and a full service,the fan system is a professional set up and cuts in & out when required, fully automatic so no stupid switches that you for get to put on and end up overheating.
Body wise, it's had a full strip down prep & paint, then fully rebuilt using new seals & rubbers where needed, the colours used are from the 2015 VW / Audi gray and the black is the new 2015 Range Rover sport, by using these colours it's borought the look of the Land Rover right up to date making it look a lot newer than what it is, the front doors are also from a later 90 with the push button type handles,the wings are from a TD5 with the later side repeaters, front bumper has been replaced with a new one, there's a Safari snorkel been fitted, all the lights / fittings & wiring has been replaced with new, LED upgraded reverse light and fog light plus there is 2 additional LED flood lights been added to the rear of the roof with there own switch, the whole of the rear end glass has been tinted, new windshield and rubber, new wiper arms and blades, I have added some checker plate around the car witch is purely for looks and dose not hide any thing.
Now for the inside, both front seats are gray leather / leatherette from a TD5 with a black chubby box in the middle, the rear has been fully carpeted professionally with a 2 man bench set each side in matching gray material, as the front seats, the rear floor has been fully checker plated with a new door strip and seal, the head lineing has agin been professionally retrimed in the same colour material as the carpet so the whole interior comes together nicely, both the back and front have been fitted with LED lighting.
Well that pretty much sums it up enough for you to decide if it's for you or not, it's had tons of work & new parts far to much for me to list, every thing works as it should, it will be sold with a full MOT so all that is left for you to do is drive it.
