I have owned this very luxurious vehicle for three years and enjoyed every minute of ownership.
This vehicle has had a very classified owner profile and never had any expense spared.
Initially purchased in 2003 in Longside Peterhead and Lady owned
Its next owner was in 2007 - Company Director in Aberdeen
The owners list followed to its third owner in Wisbech Norfolk who flew to Aberdeen, purchased the vehicle and drove home to add the vehicle to his private collection of vehicles
I am the fourth owner. ( V5 states 6 due to Garage names )
I have the full build list supplied to me by Hunters Land Rover for the vehicle which also indicates any Claimed Service Actions (Recall from Land Rover)
The vehicle is in Zambezi Silver with Charcoal Oxford Leather.
The previous owner who had the car as part of his collection (Nice) dipped his hand deep into his pockets and had the 2008 facelift modifications, Supercharge grille and side vents, Xenon headlights and LED side lights, Clear side indicators. He then went on to fit 22" Stormer Alloys and a Khan rear section exhaust, Black Supercharge Style & SE Badging. These mods sold the car to me as there is nothing bling and chrome stuck on anywhere just subtle desirables.
Since owning the vehicle I have added the following enhancements: Digital TV tuner with TV on the go (For the passengers of course) which also allows USB key playback for movies, AUX input for separate DVD player should you wish. I added a Parrot fully integrated phone system which also allows Bluetooth connection of your phone / iPod to play music. It calls up all of your contacts on screen, last number called etc etc. I have just recently upgraded the Sat Nav at a cost of £400 to the MkIV with postcodes and speed cameras. Software updated too. I fitted an Italian box tuning mod which gives more bhp and a significant increase to your MPG. I had new running boards fitted as the originals showed signs of corrosion on the under frames.
In the time of my ownership I have had the following work carried out which will give you sincere piece of mind that this vehicle is always kept tip top. I had a new coolant tank fitted by Hunters, a replacement rear wiper motor (Common fault - look for those Ranges with a wiper pointing straight down), New viscous coupling, a new air conditioning condenser radiator and re-gas, a new battery, Suspension bushes, and the largest item being a gearbox re-build. Again this is a recognised fault between 85-100k miles. The 4x4 specialist I use has them lined up day in day out. The work is under warranty until April 2015. You are welcome to speak to them.
The vehicles returns excellent MPG as you will see on the trip computer pictures. Top 30's MPG if you take it easy on the cruise control MPH mid 60's and round town showing an average MPH of 27 it still returns 27-28 MPG.
This is a fully equipped vehicle with heated front / rear seats, heated steering wheel, Memory seat positions, Factory upgraded sound system 12 speaker with subwoofer, Range Rover interior mats, Westfalia detachable tow bar, Heated front screen, Front and Rear park sensors, Rear Privacy tinted glass, Top tint windscreen, Tilt / Slide Sunroof, Headlight delay when leaving vehicle, Rear load tray, I'm sure if you know your Range Rovers you will know the spec list, if not contact me and I will be happy to talk on for as long as you like. Genuine reason for sale: Please no time wasters with silly offers, You may find cheaper but not with the extras mine has (TV Upgrade, Phone Kit and Sat Nav Upgrade cost me £1000). Test drives on proof of insurance otherwise I will drive. Although the vehicle is 11 Years of age and covered a mere 102k miles you will have to look hard to find one of this condition and spec. Draws eyes and comments everywhere I go. Private plate transfer sent to DVLA so car will be back on its original 03 Plate for sale.
