1. The description and condition has everything listed. The Cruise Control does not work. The Air Suspension System was converted to Heavy Duty Coils.
2. Vehicle was purchased at Hurricane Motors in Tampa, Fl. in 2007. To my knowledge I am the 2nd owner
3. Vehicle is located in Jackson, Alabama
4. Vehicle will need to be towed or put on a vehicle trailer. It rolls in neutral.
5. This vehicle is an AS IS SALE. This sale has 'NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED' The only known mechanical problems have been listed.
6. The title is clear of all Liens or holds
7. The buyer and seller or an agent for the seller will meet at the vehicle. The Buyer or an agent for the Buyer will provide a copy of a valid ID, the signed title will be transfer to Buyer or Agent of Buyer after and ONLY after the agreed on amount is paid in full by either cash or US Postal Money Orders. No Private or Business Checks accepted. Money Orders will be made out to Seller or Agent of Seller.. Agent of Seller will have a Notarized Power of Attorney signed by Seller.
