Range Rover P38 4.6 HSE V8 1996 Auto.
I brought this motorrecently with the intention of fixing it up myself to use, but due to achange in personal circumstances im having to sell it now.
It has a fresh 12 months mot on it.
it has lots of upgrades and benefits from the following
L322 front lights & indicators.20 inch range rover sport stormer alloys.Full top spec LPG conversion with receipt of £1750 and a certificate.
Full grey leather interior in great condition.Walnut dash vinyl removed and replaced with carbon fibre.Vogue steering wheel (£300)Swan neck tow bar
2000 model rear lights7 seat conversion (fold away bench seat in boot)Privacy glass.Stainless exhaust from cat to back.Fresh 12 months mot2 brand new front tyres3 brand new wiper blades2 brand new ball joints (Not yet fitted)brake pads all round fitted on 17th sept 2015. new wheel bearing fitted 17th sept 2015 (reciept to prove 280 quid of work done for mot.) All the extras - sport mode, 4x4, Heated seats, Electric seats, Electric mirrors, quality sound of stereo, Heated windows etc.
Body work in good condition for year(no rot or rust)
Air suspension been removed put onto springs so you wont have hassle with that.
FAULTS-central locking doesn't lock drivers door,drivers side side steprotten (Easy fix), alloys need refurb but doesn't affect use of course.One interior light doesnt work. Bonnet catches are tempimental you haveto put your hand in there and release them THEN shut the bonnet, againanother easy fix.
Bonnet needs repaint or a very hard t cut.
Cant get the LPG to kick in at present, was working prior to MOT so ill try and sort it before auction ends but the LPG hasnt had a service in years anyway so id imagine it needs a service.
The car was sat for 5 months before i got it so i think a full service over all fluids plugs and the lpg would be great.
but
Do you know what the car was made to run on petrol not gas. i hate the idea of having a bomb in the boot if i was keeping this motor id have the lpg removed!
I have reciepts of thousends spent on this car.
Tax class is currently disabled, so when you tax it you have to go to post office rather than doing it online so you can get it changed back its easy.
