Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of the auction end, and make payment arrangements. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end.
If no contact is made within 24 hours, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. The car is advertized locally. I reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
The transaction is not complete untill the car is paid in full and all original documents are signed and returned to me.
Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Check year and mileage satisfy your lender's requirements before bidding.

The Bad
Vehicle is in need of a brake replacement ($375 online for all rotors, brakes pads, sensors, and brake components) but other than that the car is in excellent condition!
