This is a relisting of this Rover. Previous auction winner fell through on payment. As before this is a running drive-able vehicle. In the process of restoration, but, need to get to concentrating on other projects so I am toldHA! Anyway, my loss, your gain. A few questions asked before It has been a West Coast vehicle for the last 25 years that I know of. No "Blister Rust" some under carriage surface rust. No frame damage.
