1998 Lexus ES300

1998 Lexus ES. Body is in very good condition for its age. There are several nicks on the hood from the road. Paint shines very well. There is rust above the wheel wells that has been touched up but is noticeable. Car has had regular oil changes over the three years that we have had the vehicle. That is about the only maintenance that has had to be done over those years. Tires will need to be replaced. There is also an additional set of snow tires included in the sale. The matching wheel is in the trunk and the tire is ok but again they all need to be replaced soon. Car has an after market stereo that has rear camera capability. We never had a camera installed. Car does have a check engine light that comes on occasionally and then goes off on its own. we never were able to figure out why. Was like that the whole time we owned it. Just passed Illinois emissions test a few months ago. We have the certificate as well. Other than the mentioned issues the car does run and drive great. I believe it will need some front end work soon but again drives good.The previous owner replaced the headlights and taillights because they were fogged. He wanted them clean and clear looking. The previous owner was very meticulous about the vehicle and we tried to continue by waxing the car every month and keeping up with oil changes.
