2007 lexus es350 3.5L - Premium Plus Package

My 2007 Lexus ES 350 (Premium Plus Package). I am the second owner; the only other owner was my dad, who babied it. He handed it down to me 2 years ago.
This Lexus comes with the premium plus package:
-3.5 Liter 272HP Four Cam 24-valve v6
-All-Aluminum Engine and Dual VVTi
-6-Speed Automatic with autostick
-Dual Chrome Exhaust
-4-wheel Ind Macpherson Struts w/ gas shock absorbers and front and rear stabilizer bars
-Dual Front Airbags, dual knee bags, front and rear side curtain air bags
-VSC and TRAC
-10 way power memory seats
-Power Moonroof
-In-Dash 6-disc CD
-8 Speakers
-Full Size Spare
-Navigation, rear camera, and bluetooth
-Park assist
-Heated and Ventilated Seats
The car's Vehicle Stability Control and traction control lights are on, but these do not affect the cars drive-ability or power at all; what's more, the OBD2 scanner shows no codes. Car shows no check engine light and it passed inspection this past November.
All O2 Sensors and an ignition coil were replaced in the past 2 years. All tires have plenty of tread.
My dad and I are non-smokers. Car comes with all keys, fobs, manuals, and a folder full of maintenance records.
The AC is frosty and the heated seats come on quick. The ventilated seats are my favorite feature.
The Charcoal Canister is brand new and oem (replaced to fix pesky tiny evap leak).
Price is below kbb and firm.
Selling only because I've been itching for a 6-speed manual. The car is amazing to drive and has tons of power, quiet, and comfort.
