1953 Lincoln Capri convertible nearly restored, rebuilt motor, chrome-paint-top

Here is a very nice and very rare 1953 Lincoln Capri convertible. Only 2,372 produced. The 317 Lincoln V-8 was rebuilt and painted about a month ago (by my mechanic) and installed in the car. Sounds good! The previous owner had the car repainted, the chrome re-chromed, a new top put on and new wide whites added. I bought the car and had it shipped to me.After the engine was done, my mechanic discovered that the driveshaft, shift linkage, and throttle linkage had not been included in the boxes of parts we got from the shipper. We don't know what happened to these parts, but never received them. I've decided to sell the car as -is and go on to other cars. The '53 Capri is a very nice and solid car. Locate these parts and you will have a very impressive 50's cruiser indeed. These rare convertibles are exciting to own and a pleasure to drive.
The engine was rebuilt by a quality mechanic with new engine parts. The interior is also in great shape. The correct hubcaps are nice and the body is smooth and shines well. The underside is also very solid and has had recent exhaust done.
Won't take much at all to finish this beauty. Almost all of the expensive and time consuming stuff is already done. No body work needed. Get a few parts installed and go cruising in this flashy and impressive black 1953 Lincoln Capri convertible!!
