Description
1964 Lincoln Continental Sedan. Presidential Black w/ black & white interior.
I dont know much about the history on this car. I bought it as a project last year and just have too many things going on and cant get to it. Previous owner had receipts for over $6,000 worth of work done in 2015 (I can provide copies for your review). I have not done anything but recently had fuel tank drained, cleaned, and carb rebuilt cause it had been sitting for 8 months and would not run. Currently it runs, drives, stops. Registration expired 4/16 but passed inspection and previous owner did drive it frequently. I have owned several of these so I would recommend you come and inspect the car personally before bidding so you are comfortable with what you are getting and your bid amount. Please ask all questions before bidding. Car is sold as-is. Clean texas title.
Here are items that I know of that need to be addressed:
- Needs new trunk lid as its rusted
- Rear doors currently dont open but its the linkage and nothing major I was told
- Electric windows currently not working but this is common and not a major fix usually
- AC not blowing cold but fan works
- Needs Paint & Body and some chrome trim is dented but has all pieces
- Broken rear tail light
See links below for video walk-around of car and it running.
