Description

This 1962 lincoln continental with a 430 cid (10 to 1 compression ratio). This Lincoln was repainted about a year ago. A picture of this beautiful 62 does no justice to the luster that can only be seen by the eye. The seats and door panels replaced with new leather and color, style, original to factory specks was done by Auto Custom Leathers Inc. The carpet was custom made by Lincoln Land in Florida along with trunk liner. Most important removed all the sound and heat insulation from car including the trunk.. I inspected and repaired the floor pans and trunk compartment for minor rust. Once surface area reconditioning was complete. I put throughout the entire car new sound and heat insulation. Recondition all 4 door actuators any replaced any broken roller guides. All the power windows roll up and down and very nicely at that. Again thanks to Lincoln Land for rebuilding front bench seat 6-way seat switch and 2 relays (Great job Lincoln Land!). The front power bench seat works super nice. The engine has been gone threw and if you want detailed info please send me a message and will be happy to relay any info and answer any questions you may have. Here is some of the basic info. This engine has no oil leaks, coolant leaks, nor intake or exhaust. Put brand new 2 barrel Holley carb to manufacture specifications. Transmission has been rebuilt and shifts very smoothly. The steering has been redone and steers very nice. The exhaust has new mufflers. This car runs great. Just driving it takes me back to a time that will never be forgotten. On the downside AC compressor is missing, the horn and gas gage don't work at this time but I am working on it. Thank You for your interest in this car. Again please send me message for any questions you may have.
