Description
Up for auction is this beautiful 47 lincoln conv.I am selling this car for the family of a very close friend of mine who recently passed. The car was brought here from california some time ago and is rust free. There are no signs of rust anywhere on this car.
This is one of 7 cars that I am sellingThe v12 was replaced with a 331 cadillac many years ago as the v12 were troublesome and lacked horsepower
It apears that the motor was a crate motor at the time as there are no stampings. This was a very popular swap back in the day.
The engine is mated up to the original 3speed overdrive trans. The car runs as good as it looks.
The wiring is a mix of old and new and can probably be updated.I can't stress enough how nice this car is right down to the real wire wheels. The top and windows work but the drivers side window is not going up but should be fixed by the end of the auction.
The car is being sold at no reserve so bid with confidence.Don't let this one get away.
No tire kickers or test drives.
Feel free to email with any questions
I forgot to add there is a one inch tear on each side of the top from getting pinched in the top frame
