Description
This 1963 Lincoln is a project with great potential to restore and have a sexy cruiser. It has its 430 ci engine and transmission, but I have not tried turning the engine over. Surprisingly all the glass looks good, the suicide doors open and close, the fabric upholstery appears good, it needs a new headliner, the dash has a couple of cracks but generally in good shape. Most of the hard to replace chrome is there, and the wiring looks non-tampered with. The car now has some rollers on it. Maybe best of all I HAVE THE TITLE. The Lincoln has 1973 Michigan plates and had been setting in a barn for many years. The seller said it had rust on the passenger door and front fender around the headlight. Seems there is a lot of rust, primarily surface rust, but rust through at the bottom of doors, fenders, footwells, trunk, rockers, and some I may have missed. I have started putting convertor on rust spots I see. This is definitely a project.
