Description

1941 Lincoln 2dr continental that has been in dry storage for 41 years, car is originally from California. body is in great shape and only needing inner rockers. The outer rockers, fenders, quarter panels, doors hood trunk etc are all in great shape with only minor surface rust in a few places, paint is there but chipping fading and cracking. Driver side floor board does have some small holes in it and the trunk pan as some rot around the edges, I have not had the car on a lift but form what I can see the frame is in great condition. all glass is good, interior is all there with a few tears. motor is a early 50's Lincoln V8, I think a 317, I do not know if it runs but the motor does turn by hand, I have new plugs, cap, rotor, condenser and complete gasket kit for the motor, also have a box full of new brake parts including master cylinder, wheel cylinders, hoses, brake shoes and a box full of seals, car still has the original fender skirts and a set of 3 hubcaps. I do have title for the car. this car is 1 of only 850 continentals coupes built in 41.I put 4 decent tires on so the car does roll and can easily be put on a trailer. This is NOT a running driving car but a great start to a desirable and rare car. What you see in the pictures is what you get, I do not have the bumpers, door buttons headlight rings and some other parts. Car is sold as is where is and no warranty is expressed or implied, all buyers/bidders are urged to look at the car before buying, please ask all questions as all sales are final. Car must be picked up 2 weeks after auction ending.
