Up for auction is a great looking and driving 1972 Lincoln Continental Mark IV Barn / Garage find that was rescued in February 2018 !!!
The following is a list of work completed: New parts: Gas tank, sending unit, fuel pipe grommet, alternator, fuel pump, water pump, radiator, hoses, belts, valve cover gaskets,spark plugs, wires, points, condenser, coil, distributor cap, air filter, rear main seal, oil pan gasket,oil filter, oil change, master cylinder, rear brake shoes, rear wheel cylinders, springs, clips etc. battery, 4 tires, transmission service to include filter, pan cleaned, new gasket and transmission fluid. Carburetor rebuilt, fresh paint, new vinyl top along with many hours of mechanical work and many hours of detailing and other things I can't remember!
This is what I know needs to be completed to original: driver seat bottom has a repaired tear in leather, air conditioning needs service, clock and power antenna not working, fixable crack in dash, leather pull handles on both doors have repairable cracks, full spare tire in trunk is flat, nothing else major I can find.
