Description
I picked this Lincoln up in January 2014 in VA, it hadnt been on the road in decades. Everything new or rebuilt includes- Gas tank, fuel pump and lines, carb, radiator, water pumps, belts, GM 1-wire alternator, battery, wiring harness (all 12v), brake master cylinder upgraded to a corvette style dual resivoir with 7' booster, all new lines, wheel cylinders, shoes and turned drums. Original engine failed and was replaced with another factory correct 337 flathead, (unknown mileage). Car runs great, mind you it does still have its occasional gremlins, I imagine it needs a more skilled tuning than I can give. The oil pans were dropped and cleaned, now running on a 5W-30 detergent oil, and new trans fluid. new tires, shocks, front wheel bearings, 4" drop blocks, new rear end fluid, gasket. I've taken it to several shows and around town many a time, though it has no exhaust- (open headers) so she's VERY loud right now. Interior floor is original, only a few bad spots, Ive since sanded it back and painted it black, just to keep the rust at bay. Instruments are limited to an oil pressure gauge and individual water temp gauges. (One for each head). Seats are ok, in need of attention, not complete. Original windshield panes are both cracked, new gasket not permanetly affixed so that it can be reused when new glass or lexan is installed. Makes a great blank slate for a custom rod, or leave as is for the rat-rod look. Please contact me if you have any questions; better now than after any sale!
