The import process to the US is very simple for re-import of US cars. There will be no duties and taxes to re-import this vehicle.
Complete and submit EPA "Form 3520-1", use "Code B" which states "U.S. certified - unmodified vehicle bearing a U.S. EPA emission control label in engine compartment (or on motorcycle frame) in English."
Complete form DOT form HS-7 (check box 2A) which states "The vehicle or equipment item conforms to all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards"
