Mazda : Mazda6 Speed 6

I have for sale a 2006 Mazda speed 6. I am the second owner of the vehicle and purchased it with 49,000km (30,000 miles). The car now has 107,256 km (66,500 miles) and is the fully loaded trim (sunroof, credit card key). I purchased the extended warranty which was good until 100,000 km and have all my papers and receipts from the dealer. The car runs and drives great and has basic bolt on parts. The only thing wrong with the car is the A/C doesn't work and the driver door keyless entry button on the door handle doesn't work. I replaced it with brand new door handle but no luck. The car passed emissions with this exact setup and can get safety if needed.
