Description
Mazda RX7 12A
Auto Coupe 1985, Low 156K
Runs and drives really well, Presents well, neat and clean inside and out, well above average for a 30 year RX7. A very good example of these, once very popular sports cars. Time has got away, for me, it is on to someone else, to treasure.
Both doors are rust free, which is rare and the rest of the body as well (except small bubbles in reach hatch gutter).
Auto works fine, and are great with rotaries, as they make them even more smoother.
Standard Series 3, alloy wheels also in excellent condition, with near new tyres.
Interior great, some cracks in the dash, but is covered with a fitted Mazda mat.
Australian Delivered when new.
Standard - 4 wheel disc brakes, electrics, A/C etc
Travelled only 4000km in the last 12 years, only been 300km since it last passed a RWC.
It is on a Club Permit at the moment, I can arrange with you for a permit to drive it Home.
Aussie delivered RX7's are well past the bottom of the market and are starting to increase in value. Get In NOW, and buy a RX7 that is a survivor.

FYI spiel my wife wrote!
Now considered a modern classic and enjoying a global enthusiast following, Mazda's evergreen first generation RX7 was an industry-changing car when released and remains a superb car today.
Sadly, however, most early cars have fallen victim to ham-fisted boy racers, or have succumbed to Australia's unforgiving climate and have simply fallen to pieces.
This RX7, although not a new car, is certainly a pleasing variation to what is usually found on the market. This lovely Limited Edition RX7 presents in yellow with grey trim and features an automatic gearbox, power windows, air conditioning, original alloy wheels and other expected inclusions of the model.
Our impressions of the car are offered as a guide opinion following. Please be sure to arrange your own inspection to ensure that the vehicle meets with your expectations and requirements.
BODY CONDITION:
This is a very eye-catching RX7 and remains in great overall condition. T he whole the Mazda still presents very well. The paintwork is glossy and the body is still quite straight. The car always attracts positive comments when out as examples that present like this car are now exceptionally rare. While not new, this RX7 is still a great looking example.
INTERIOR CONDITION:
The interior of the Mazda is in great overall condition with the only UV fatigue seeming limited to the dash top which is now covered with a fitted dash mat. The door trims are very good, the carpets are great the seats are undamaged. The cabin is in lovely overall condition.
MECHANICAL CONDITION:
The Mazda runs and drives very well. The 12A rotary motor starts easily and runs very smoothly. It doesn't blow smoke as you drive along or overheat and offers smooth performance. The auto gearbox shifts cleanly through all gears, the brakes feel good and the suspension rides well. The car has good air conditioning and feels good on the road.
