Description
Mazda MX5 Eunos 1.8 Petrol 1996 in British Racing Green. 167000 km on the clock, Fully track prepared with adjustable shocks and springs, stainless steel exhaust manifold, roll bar bolted to the chassis, low profile tyres on alloy wheels, chassis brace in engine bay. In the last 12 months it as had a new battery, coil pack, exhaust, 4 discs and pads and has just been services and MOT'ed.
The car is in good mechanical condition and runs sweet and true, it is a great drive with a nice exhaust tone. The sills where done about 4 years ago, and it is fitted with a green cloth roof in good condition. It is fitted with a good CD player with USB and SD card and blue tooth phone connection and remote control. Interior is in a good condition. Tyres are good with about 4mm of tread. Air con works OK. Power steering is sharp. Brake are great too.
Bad bits are the plastic rear window is misting and has a stain on the upper left corner. There is a dent in the front drivers side wing that should just push out, and there is some lacquer peeling in the same area, and there is staining on the bonnet. In short it could do with a respray. The body is in generally a good condition, but it is showing signs of its age but with a bit of work would come up nice.
The car drives as it should, everything works as it should, air con, heaters. Electric windows work and I fitted central locking that is not working at the moment, but I hope it is just a battery needed in the fob. The alloy wheels could do with a refurb. It will come with some service history and past MOT's. It has been serviced regularly and had all the common problems sorted.
In short a great running and sounding MX5 Eunos in average to good condition that would make a good run around and is well ready for the odd track day. It runs great and looks good, but could do with a bit of attention on the body to be perfect. Please note that the mileage is in KM and not MILES.
