Description
Original condition except for the new top, aftermarket cd player and headrest (factory oem) & door panel speakers. The car runs and drives like a top. New PA inspection, New brakes all the way around, Feel free to come check it out, but don't make an offer to get me to close the auction only to come and look the Miata over, please look the Miata over than make an offer, any questions just email or call 570 582 0843 thanks Tony
I recently had a minor case of vandalism on my Miata (photos added to give an example not to bad but just there they represent each panel on the passenger side) someone decided to take a key down the passenger side of the car I managed to buff most of it out but its still somewhat noticeable if you look closely, my loss your gain I was originally asking 4500 but came down to 4000 and finally settled for 3500 so I think 500 to brong it down to 2995 should compensate for the scratch but please feel free to make an offer but please don't low ball me I'm not going to give it away..
I had a lot of questions the last round so let me answer them for you now.
As far as the accident I have no idea as to what or where the damage is but I have owned it over a year now and the car runs and drive great so there are no issues there
There is no rust on the car except for a few tiny spots way less than the head of a pencil eraser here and there, it looks as though the rockers had been repaired unless the last owner used chip guard to protect the rockers so I'm not 100% on that.
According to the second to last owner he replaced the clutch 2 years ago so its second hand knowledge so I can't vouch for it but the last owner did confirm he had the timing belt done at 100k so take it at face value, the only thing I can say for certain is the car runs and drives at near 100% of my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it from the east coast to the west coast tomorrow as a matter of fact I would enjoy it!
The A/C works just fine, the power windows work just fine but a little slow, the cruise control works great, the radio is after market but it is now a C/D player all though the antenna doesn't function ($50.00 bucks on eBay)
Tires are new and the wheels and center caps are about 90%
To sum it up its all there for a 22 year old classic car its getting harder and harder to find these cars in this original condition with absolute minimal restoration needed.
I really have enjoyed owning this little gem but I just really didn't get the use out of it that I had expected so there's no need to hang on to it but I'm really not going to give it away, if you can believe it I have had some idiots offer me $1,100.00 all the way up to $2,200.00 I don't know how you can offer one to two thousand dollars less than the asking price on a $3,000.00 opening price?!?!?!?! but please don't hesitate to offer over those numbers
Oh! BTW forgot to mention I have a raceway wind screen not installed, a boot for the convertible top (used but in good condition) and seat covers (purchased to protect my investment but never installed) that comes with the car please call or email if interested
