Description
This is a very rare Mercedes 6.3 litre V8 (M100) Chassis W109.Comes with Books and paperwork when purchased new from the dealer.
These 6.3 litre V8 powered cars come with mechanical Bosch fuel injection and these engines are also used in the Mercedes 600 Grosser, Pullman, Landaulet with some minor changes.
The car has has run 120 000 miles only .
This car was in storage for quite a number of years .
The car currently is getting cylinder head service and will not be sold in this condition until work is finished .
At this stage we only ask you to inspect the car and if you are satisfied with the described condition a contract is made with $5000 deposit.
Engine will be reassembled professionally with new timing chain, tensioner and copper head gaskets.
All under the car components (suspension/drive train etc) will be checked and replaced what is necessary.
The price includes a blue slip for NSW and ready for registration.
We specialise in these models and our work comes with 6 month warranty.
However for this price we do not refurbish the interior or exterior of the car!

no previous accident marks can be observed, no structural rust / some minor plemishes though
Paint:
good 8.5 out of 10 after a polish
chrome and chrome trim :
good 8.5 out of 10
interior leather :
I have to take the covers off first but feels soft through the cover, Dash pad is excellent
interior wood trim:
wood is not in good shape nearly all parts need some work 2 out of 10
interior carpet:
will clean up well 8 out of 10
Tyres :
about 50% all around
exhaust:
stainless
Mechanical :
all done 100%
So in other words while the car can be registered and be driven immediately after delivery , there is quite some work left in the cosmetic department to bring it up to its former glory.
These cars sell for upwards off $50, 000 (not necessarily with the high mechanical standard of this car). so the advertised sales price of $42, 000 is adjusted accordingly.
We offer limited warranty of 6 month of all parts currently in repair.
