1979 Mercedes-Benz 400-Series

Odometer is at 131,814 is has failed and no longer is tuning the current miles.
I bought this car from a big SL enthusiast who was simply put overrun by the many SL's that he's accumulated!
I was told the person he bought it from was the original.
The car is very suave.
You get that 80's Nostalgic vibe every time you drive!

Everyday i expect the car to work flawlessly!
The car is super fun, extremely reliable and safe(ish).
The A/C and heater work exceptionally! Seriously freezing cold A/C
Minor issues:
- could use a tune-up
- the power windows/sunroof works spotty (I believe the switches just need to be replaced, could be fuses?)
- It takes 5 mins for the car to warm up in the morning, I've been told this is completely normal.
-paint/clear coat is failing, mainly on the top facing surface of thecar (If you got a paint job this car would be the head turningqueen/king it really should be)
- Interior could eventually be restored seats have tears dash cracking and rear seat has been removed.
- Radio could be replaced.
Not perfect but it wont take much at all to revive this one back to its golden days folks!
