Up for sale is a stunning 1977 Mercedes Benz 450 SEL premium luxury sedan and its ready to go anywhere with confidence. The car comes with extensive history and list of documentations. A very well kept Benz and it shows. The 41642 miles you see are the actual pampered low miles of this Benz. The Mercedes was acquired some years ago from a estate of a Mercedes collector who was a European "car guy" who operated a vintage automobile shop on Mill street in Port Chester New York. Clean smell through out, never has been smoked in. Comes with fairly new Michelin tires.

As far as the exterior goes, the car is in excellent condition for its age. Please expect normal wear consistent to its age.
The cabin features dark blue leather upholstery on the seats and door panel inserts along with matching carpets. Zebrano wood veneers accent the black dashboard and center console, and additional amenities includes automatic climate control, power windows, a lockable glove box and a Becker Mexico cassette stereo. Original equipment includes a power sunroof, heated front seats, rear seat headrests, and a passenger side rear view mirror. I could not make the cruise control to work.
The VDO instrumentation consist of a 160-mpg speedometer, a tachometer with an inset clock, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 41682 ACTUAL MILES.
The liter M117 V8 was factory rated at 228 PS (225 BHP-168 KW) at 5000 rpm and a maximum of Nm 278 lb-ft of torque, which is routed to the rear wheel through a three speed automatic transmission.
