Description
Selling my baby.
1980 450SL classic V8 Mercedes. An amazing vehicle.
Paint and body are in excellent condition. Original paint and looks new. Always garaged, California car. No rust, no rot and never smoked in.
It has both tops and both are in excellent condition and the soft top looks new (5 year or so new).
The interior is original and looks and feels great!
Breaks are good and the tires are like new and the rims don't have have a scratch.
Overall it looks and drives amazingly. Purrs like a kitten. Everything works.
I have a copy of the original sales sticker, a recent smog certificate (passed with flying colors) and all the original manuals including a cassette intro to your new 450SL and original service logs.
It has a clean California Title in my name.
I love this car and have driven it everywhere, it is a perfect weekend cruiser, but we are moving to the East Coast and it’s time to let it go.
This is the last year (most desirable year) of the 450SL.
Hagerty price guide shows average price at over $15,000 and the high value at $36,000.
