MERCEDES BENZ A200 AVANTGUARDE SE AUTOMATIC
Welcome to my auction for a November 2005 Mercedes Benz A200 finished in metallic black. As this is the Avantguarde SE model its got a good spec including Alloy wheels and front fog lights. he bodywork of the car is in generally good condition with only a few minor marks consistent with age and mileage. There is a bit of laquer peeling on the rear bumper as can be seen in the last photo. It isn't too serious and doesn't detract from the good overall appearance of the car. All the tyres have good tread ranging between 4mm and 6mm.
The interior of the car is in excellent condition. It's got half leather trim, RDS radio CD player with 6 disc changer, cruise control, air con, climate control, electric windows, electric mirrors, plus lots more that I've probably forgot to mention.
The mechanicals of the car are in excellent condition. It's only covered 82K backed by HPI report to state that there are no discrepancies. It starts and runs fine and the gearbox is smooth and quiet. It stops well with no brake judder and doesn't use any oil or water. It's MOTed till April 2016. The 2.0 petrol engine drives really well and can easily achieve upto 40mpg average.
This car cost £19900 new and is valued with 111000 miles (Average for age), Dealer £3980 and private sale at £3350 so is well below it's retail value.
The car is 100% HPI clear. No accident damage, outstanding finance or mileage discrepancy showing.
The car is located in Peterlee, Co. Durham. I can collect any prospective purchaser from Durham train station or may be able to arrange delivery after payment if required.
Any inspection of the car is welcomed including professional inspection by the AA or the RAC.
