However we are not giving you acontractual description nor do we wish to enter into a contract of saleby description. Each vehicle is purchased by the description in thislisting
We try to ensure that any bodywork damage isphotographed but please be aware that sometimes unintentionally ourphotographs may not show an image of every item of bodywork damage andthat in relation to older vehicles we may not have the capability to show the entire condition of the vehicle within the limitations imposed by eBay so that as a consequence our photographs in some cases will reveal only the most serious damage to the bodywork.
Weencourage you to inspect vehicles before bidding because it is yourresponsibility to satisfy yourself about the condition of each vehicle. If you purchase a vehicle we advise you to take the precaution of afull mechanical inspection before selling it on or using it.

Warranty and Quality
Please note that:
The vehicles we sell have been part exchanged by previous owners and will notnecessarily comply with consumer protection criteria and requirements,by reason of age, mileage, the nature of previous usage and generalcondition.
The vehicles have not been mechanically inspected in our workshop and are offered to you as members of the motor trade without any warranty whatsoever. All warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and obligations implied bystatute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing orotherwise are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You are purchasing the vehicle in circumstances where you are not relying in any way whatever upon anyrepresentation made expressly or implied on our part and you are notrelying upon our skill or judgement in deciding whether or not thevehicle is in fact suitable to your particular purpose, so thatwe shall not be liable for breach of terms implied by statute as todescription as to satisfactory quality and as to fitness for purpose.
Bybidding for the vehicle upon these conditions and terms then you acceptthat our exclusions of liability contained in these conditions isreasonable within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Limitation of Loss
We will not be liable for any losses that may arise by reason of any breach of any express terms of this agreement nor for losses arising from breach of any implied warranty condition or other terms or by reason of any representation or any duty of any kind imposed by operation of law. Wewill not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential loss ofany description nor for any expenses or costs incurred by you arisingfrom your purchase of a vehicle from us.
History Any current MOT certificate (if applicable) must not be taken as a certificate of roadworthiness since you are purchasing the vehicle on the basis of caveat emptor (buyer beware) and so itmay be necessary for you to arrange for transportation of the vehiclefrom our premises but that is a matter for your decision.
Since we did not previously own the vehicle we cannot verify mileage.

Payment
You must contact us in order to arrange payment and collection. In default of your doing that, we will re-list the vehicle for further bids.
The price of the vehicle must be paid to us by any of the means listing in the auction listing and all funds must be cleared before vehicles will be released. Kindly note that we do not accept cheques as a method of payment.

Collection All vehicles must be collected from our premises within 5 days of the auction ending. Kindly note that we do not deliver vehicles.

Transfer of ownership of property Ifyou fail to take away and pay for the vehicle within five days of theauction ending we shall be at liberty to treat the contract asrepudiated by you and thereupon the deposit shall be forfeited withoutprejudice to our rights to recover from you by way of damages any loss or expense we may have suffered or incurred by reason of your default.
The vehicle shall remain our property until the price has been discharged in full.
