2003 Mercedes C270 CDI Diesel Automatic Elegance
This Mercedes is supplied with Full Service History and a nice specification including heated seats and Full Leather interior. The car has covered 113k genuine miles and drives nicely with no warning lights on the dashboard.

Supplied new in April 2003 the V5 logbook shows 4 former keepers from new. The last owner, Mr Lewis has owned for the last 4 years. Prior to that it was owned by a Miss Meredith for 2 years. The cherished number 'IIG 4554' is included in sale price. Car would revert to an '03' plate if required.

Mechanical Condition:
As per the above, the following is based on extended test drive of about 50 miles, none of our trade cars are mechanically inspected. The MB starts first time promptly with no issues or lazy starts. There are no warning lights illuminated on the dashboard at this point or after short test drive. The engine has plenty of power and pulls as it should. The gear change is smooth with jerks or noticeable issues. The tyres are ALL premium Avon items with serviceable tread (another sign of how well maintained the car has been). Looking at the overall condition of the car inside and out along with the service history, this car looks to have been well maintained by the last gentleman owner. This is a very pleasant car to drive. Any inspection or test drive welcome.
Exterior Condition:
Presented in very desirable Jasper Blue with ageless registration number this example looks much more expensive than the reality. There are no signs of abuse visible on the bodywork but there are age related marks and corrosion as per picture.There are signs of surface corrosion to paintwork on all 4 arches and at points on bottom of doors as is common. Bodywork is very bright and clean with no excess stone chips to bonnet or significant marks. The alloy wheels are in nice clean condition with just some slight bubbling under the paint.
Interior Condition:
This example benefits from Full leather (heated front seats) which is in excellent condition for year / mileage. There is no excess wear or scuffing to the drivers seat base or side bolster. The leather seats and interior in general is very clean considering it has not had a full valet. There are no lingering cigarette or pet smells (original lighter never used). There is no excess wear or damage to switches / controls or the buttons on the steering wheel (which is very rare as these buttons are usually damaged / very worn) again, showing how carefully this example has been maintained. There seems to be an issue with passenger window not working and the remote locking is also inoperative. Carpets and MB over carpets generally clean although drivers would benefit from a deep clean to restore.
A very nice example that represents excellent value for money with a good service history and no known / obvious faults we are aware of.

- This vehicle falls outside of our strict retail criteria, due to either, or a combination of age, mileage or condition. It has not been mechanically inspected, and so is offered here for ebay auction trade disposal.
- The vehicle is in exactly the same condition as when the previous owner part exchanged it. If we are made aware of any existing faults with the vehicle, we ensure we note them in the listing.
- We try to ensure we photograph any bodywork damage, but please be aware that we do sometimes unintentionally miss some bits, and on some of the older cars it is hard to document all damage within ebay's 12 photograph limit, in which case we endeavor to show the most serious damage in the photos attached to the listing.
- Please understand that although you are buying a car from a prestige car dealer, you are getting the opportunity to buy a car at a trade price, in trade condition. By buying direct and cutting out the 'middle man' you are not only cutting out the retail profit margin of the independent used car trader/dealer, but at the same time you are also cutting out any cosmetic bodywork repairs and mechanical rectification work (if required), that that used car trader/dealer would have provided. We advise all buyers to take the precaution of having the vehicle inspected by their mechanic before putting the vehicle into use.
