Mercedes CLK320 Convertible Avantgarde Auto 2001 FSH CLK 320 Tanzanite BLUE

I have had the pleasure of owning this car for over 3 years and drives like a dream, with it's powerful and smooth V6 bullet proof engine, which is surprisingly economical.
It has only done 125,000 which is low for one of these cars and is 100% reliable and never let me down..
It has full service history, numerous bills and mot's etc
In summery..
Good points -
Fully loaded, drives very well, FSH, Low Miles for year ,10 Months MOT with no advisories, best colour scheme Dark Blue/Grey Leather, all Tyres v good, Wind Defector in Bag(RRP £500)
Bad points -
1. Last week the rear head rest button would not work, which makes them go up and down, this also acts as a roll bar and means i'm currently unable to put the roof down until this has been fixed as they are stuck in the up position.. it could be a simple switch or relay replacement but i'm not a mechanic and to be honest don't want to spend any more on it as i have a newer CLK arriving this week, so selling as is.
2. Looks stunning from a distance , however there are bubbles of rust and marks starting to appear in the usual places around the arches, boot lid etc
also roof has had professional 1.5'' repair to front hardly noticeable, doesn't effect operation and no leaks etc
please remember this is a 14 year old car.
3. There is a small crack in corner of windscreen just appeared.
4.The drivers electric seat is temperamental and the stitching has become undone v slightly on passengers seat.
