Mercedes Benz 320 CLK Elegance Convertible

You are looking at my 1999 Mercedes Benz 320 CLK Elegance Convertible, finished in metallic silver.

The Mercedes performs fabulously, delivering plenty of power from its 3.2 litre V6 engine and providing a fabulously smooth ride, whilst returning an amazing average of 33 miles per gallon.
On those odd sunny days, the car is fabulous with it's roof down, providing a superb open top ride for 4 or 5 people

The Mercedes is well featured with full black leather interior in excellent condition, walnut trim, cruise control, heated front seats, air conditioning (needs a regas), left and right split heating, electric windows, electric mirrors, and also a Mercedes bass speaker built into rear seats.
Also a switchable auto gear box with Sport and Winter settings.
The rear headrests are electronic, being able to raise them when the roof is down, so that they act as an anti-roll bar.

The car also features staggered AMG 17 inch alloys: 8 inch on the front with 225/45ZRx17 Pirelli P Zero Nero tyres, only having covered 2,500 miles, so masses of tread and 8.5 inch on the rear with 245/40ZRx17 Avon ZV5 tyres, which are almost brand new, having only covered around 500 miles in total.

Externally, the bodywork is in very good order and not a rust bucket like most Mercs of this age. See the images below to see the condition of the arches and door bottoms (the usual rusty areas on these Mercs).

The roof works perfectly (sometimes needs a little push when opening) and features a glass rear window with built in demister. The roof is in excellent condition, with no nicks or damage whatsoever.

The car drives superbly, with silky smooth gear changes from the auto box, and, being the 3.2 V6, has plenty of power whenever needed, producing a very healthy and lively 200 plus BHP. The tracking was done recently when the front tyres were fitted, so the car runs smooth and holds the road very well indeed.

The front roll bar was recently changed, along with front bushes, so there is no clonking or rattling at all from the car, with the steering being very sharp and precise.
I have also changed the alarm siren for the latest upgrade, as this is a common issue with Mercedes cars, hence the alarm now chirps when locking and unlocking the car with the key fob.
The oil cooler pipe which runs from the gearbox to the oil cooler has also been changed.
The car has also been regularly serviced using fully synthetic oil and comes with one key and a full Mercedes owner wallet with plenty of history.
I will be removing my double din head unit / sat nav unit, so the car features a double DIN cage and wiring for a double DIN size stereo. There is also a cable for an iPod, which is compatible with a Pioneer unit (and some other makes)

The Mercedes has covered 136,500 miles and is MOTed until March 4th, 2016.

The car starts, runs and stops with no dramas whatsoever, as you would expect of a high quality Mercedes, and will make the new owner smile every time they get in and turn the key.
