Description

2000 Mercedes CLK 430 Elegance Coupe for sale, completely original and unmolested. I purchased this car fairly recently intending to replace my Audi and free up some money but since driving my Audi to the Alps I've changed my mind (no fault of the CLK) and decided to keep it instead so unfortunately the CLK has to go.
The specification includes:
Xenon HeadlightsDual zone climate control and air conditioningHeated front seatsCD/RadioCruise ControlFull leather interior4.3l V8 engine making 279bhp and 400NmThe car comes with a full main dealer service history, there are invoices for thousands of pounds worth of work. The previous owner had the car from 2001 and had everything attended to by the dealer and kept all the paperwork to prove it, there is a large folder full of service history and old MOTs as well as all the manuals, brochures, book pack, two keys and full V5C in my name and address. The next service is showing on the computer as due in approximately 9700 miles and the current MOT (no advisories) expires on January 21st 2017.
Mechanically the car is in excellent order. The engine runs smoothly but pulls hard like it should, the transmission is perfectly smooth, the brakes are strong with no pull to either side and the drive feels nice and tight. Cosmetically the car is in very good condition for its age, there is one small dent on the nearside rear (see photo, just about noticeable) and some slight paint imperfections here and there but zero rust. The car was a bit grubby in the photos, the marks visible in the photos are dirt not damage, the car looks very good when properly cleaned. The interior is in generally nice condition, there are no rips, tears, nasty smells or other damage though there are some small marks on the seats and carpets.
The car has recently had a new transmission conductor plate and speed sensor, TCU connector O-rings, transmission filter and fluid change. It shifts like new and should now avoid any of the common Mercedes 722.6 transmission faults whilst not needing any further attention for years to come.
I live in Christchurch Dorset and the car can be viewed there. I work just round the corner from home on flexitime so can accommodate a reasonable range of viewing times, I can also pick people up from Christchurch train station if required. If you have any questions, would like any other images or would like to arrange to view the car then please ring me any time between 9am and midnight or message me on here. Please don't bother texting me with 'Wot iz ur best price innit blud', you'll be wasting both our time.
