Description
December 2003 Mercedes E320 automatic in great condition for the year.I've owned this car for about 18 months and not once has it let me down on my European trip. I will be driving back to the UK on the 30th December from Portugal.
Items I have replaced within the last six months.. four new tyres fitted 1,000 miles ago, new battery two weeks ago, cam belt replaced six weeks ago and at the same time I had the head lights professionally polished so they look like new, all four wheels removed and sent away to be resurfaced and powder coated and they now look like they just came out of the factory. The steering system has had four new ball joints, one control arm replaced and the other control arm rebushed from Mercedes Benz in Portugal. Full service performed including filter and oil changed in May of this year by Mercedes of Portugal.
There is minor wear and tear on the outside, but for the age nothing to really talk about. There is an icon that appears on the instrument cluster as you can see on one picture telling you "service brakes, visit work shop", which is really a nuisance message, you can check it out on the internet. I had Mercedes go through the brake system and everything checked out all right, apparently its a corroded connector. I do have an email from Mercedes to back up my story and I'm willing to hand over the email to the new owners.
I will only accept cash, no trade in's or "I don't quite have enough money in my wallet, would you except this?"
I think £3900.00 is a fair asking price considering I spent over €2000 this summer, and have all receipts to prove this.
This car has heated seats, GPS, Phone, but I removed the sim car because it kept trying to find satellites while in Europe, fold away tow hitch, six cd changer, in dash central computer which I can walk you through, its automatic transmission with manual change.the list goes on and on.
