Mercedes E55 AMG 2002 for sale, perfect project for a mechanic who appreciates!

I am selling the car as is but also at the same time looking for a transmission mechanic to repair the issue as well. A very nice car that I adored and wellmaintained for years (since 2014). The tires are fairly new. I keptthe car original as they are rare and potentially candidate forcollectors. Based on my research other ones similar to my carare selling for much higher and the reason I am selling lower issimply to make a sell. Meaning that you are buying a very nice car atan original sticker price of $82,000.00 and it was maintained thebest possible.
Mechanical Condition:
-Needs transmission repair. The transmission was replaced last year but it stopped working. It could be a minor issue but I am not a mechanic.
- I have all the service records.
-The recent service by GermanAutos Certified Engineers (Sept 2020), the total cost on all belowwas about $4000.00:
VALVE COVER GASKET - Remove &Replace - Both
DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING SEALS -Remove & Replace - Rear Axle
FluidCapacity: Differential Gear Oil - Volume: 1.40 QTS. (1.3L) -SAE 90W or
85W-90 Hypoid Gear Oil; Rear
REPLACING REAR DIFFERENTIALSEALS.
Transmission reconditionservice:
CONDUCTOR PLATE - Remove &Replace - All

Includes: R&I Valve Body Assembly.
Fluid Capacity:
Automatic Transmission Fluid- Volume: 9.60 QTS. (9.1L) - MB

- The above is what I copied from thereceipts and have the paper work.

Body Condition:
A few scratches and dings and ifthey are worked on the body will be closer to perfection.
I hit a truck tire and broke theFront Bumper so it needs to be replace
Interior Condition:
- The interior is all intact and niceleather.
- The two LED (left) indicatorsin the dash are aged and show garbled information and need to bechanged. The main Odometer LED is fully functional)
- The driver side AMG step panel needsto be glued back or replaced. I do have a clear title in hand.
**** I am posting some of the older pictures in a rush and do not want to mislead anyone regarding the exterior body condition. As I mentioned there are imperfections with the body but easily repairable. Iam selling the car as is and thebuyer needs to prepare to pick up the vehicle as is. I will do mybest to assist with the transportation. The title is in hand.
