Mercedes E55 AMG 2002 for sale, perfect project for a mechanic who appreciates!

I am selling the car as is but also at the same time looking for a transmission mechanic to repair the issue as well. It is now at the mechanic shop as I am relisting the car. The car actually drives and as soon as I hear from my mechanic I will post to the ad. A very nice car that I adored and well maintained for years (since 2014). The tires are fairly new. I kept the car original as they are rare and potentially candidate for collectors. Based on my research other ones similar to my ca rare selling for much higher and the reason I am selling lower is simply to make a sell. Meaning that you are buying a very nice car at an original sticker price of $82,000.00 and it was maintained the best possible.
Mechanical Condition:
-Needs transmission repair. The transmission was replaced last year but it stopped working properly . It could be a minor issue but I am not a mechanic. **** Update ***, on 7-26-21: I called the shop and managed to get a briefing from one of the mechanics and the problem seems to be the conductor plate however they still need the main mechanic need to troubleshoot himself and get back with me. Meanwhile you can make an offer considering picking up from the mechanic shop and take over.

VALVE COVER GASKET - Remove &Replace - Both
DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING SEALS -Remove & Replace - Rear Axle
Fluid Capacity: Differential Gear Oil - Volume: 1.40 QTS. (1.3L) -SAE 90W or
85W-90 Hypoid Gear Oil; Rear
REPLACING REAR DIFFERENTIAL SEALS.
Transmission recondition service:
CONDUCTOR PLATE - Remove &Replace - All
Applicable Models - [Includes:Programming.
Includes: R&I Valve Body Assembly.
Fluid Capacity:
Automatic Transmission Fluid- Volume: 9.60 QTS. (9.1L) - MB
Automatic Transmission Fluid; All Applicable Models
- The above is what I copied from the receipts and have the paper work.

Body Condition:
A few scratches and dings and ifthey are worked on the body will be closer to perfection.
I hit a truck tire and broke theFront Bumper so it needs to be replace
Interior Condition:
- The interior is all intact and nice leather.
- The two LED (left) indicators in the dash are aged and show garbled information and need to be changed. The main Odometer LED is fully functional)
- The driver side AMG step panel needs to be glued back or replaced. I do have a clear title in hand.
